Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom to ensure the fastest and most reliable service. International shipping will be available soon.


Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our partner warehouse based in the UK.


Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please email us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After this window, your order may already be in transit and cannot be changed. You may still request a return after delivery.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. All payments are securely processed at checkout.


When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, usually within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once dispatched. Please note we do not process orders on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–6 business days within the UK, depending on your location and local courier delays.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipping, please contact us and we’ll investigate. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if the item is lost in transit.


Will I be charged any customs or taxes?
No — all UK taxes and duties are included in the price. You will not be charged anything extra at delivery.


How do I return an item?
Please email contact@brewnex.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.


What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
We’re here to help. Email contact@brewnex.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll resolve it immediately with a free replacement or full refund.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item or approving your request. If you haven’t received your refund within that time, please contact your card provider.
